As the electric transportation industry continues to advance, there will be a key role for electric vehicles in climate resiliency.  Electric vehicles and charging installations can provide power when the grid is down resulting from storms, fires, and other impacts from climate change. While there has been media attention to power backups for single family homes, this ability also has potentially profound implications for historically underserved communities.  How do we ensure a resilient electric transportation system supports these communities in the face of climate change?
