Brett manages electric transportation programs and serves as the subject matter expert on that topic for MCE, California's first community choice energy provider and a not-for-profit public agency serving 37 communities in the Bay Area. He currently manages programs and a growing team focused on expanding electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, ensuring low-income residents can own & access EVs, demonstrating how EVs with managed charging benefit MCE customers and our grid, and fleet electrification supporting our municipalities, schools, transit authorities, and small/medium businesses. He has over 15 years of experience in advancing a just energy transition and equitable access to the outdoors. He is also a graduate of Truman State University (B.S. Biology) and Indiana University's O'Neill School of Public & Environmental Affairs (MPA Energy & Sustainable Development) & Kelley School of Business (Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship).
