Steve Henderson leads the Regulatory Strategy & Planning team within Ford Motor Company’s Sustainability, Environment & Safety Engineering (SE&SE) activity. During his 29 years at Ford Motor Company, Steve has served in a variety of roles, including Engine Design/Release, Powertrain NVH engineering, and Powertrain Purchasing. Over the past 15 years, leadership positions in Product Planning, Corporate Strategy, and Regulatory Compliance have sharpened Steve’s focus on Vehicle Electrification, and on the opportunities and challenges we’ll encounter as EV growth accelerates. Steve holds BSME and MSME degrees from the University of Michigan.
