Key Learning Objectives
Participants will leave this one-day workshop with a better understanding of:
- Where to start: strategies for assessing community needs, building partnerships, and leveraging diverse funding streams
- How to center equity in transportation electrification work to meet Justice40 objectives and achieve better outcomes
- Transportation electrification projects and programs that have proven their effectiveness
- How to access current and planned federal funding programs
- Where to find additional resources and assistance
While our primary focus will be on electrifying personal mobility, this workshop will also help prepare participants to pursue funding for electrifying medium and heavy duty vehicles and freight.
