As more Americans buy their first electric car, they increasingly expect the charging experience to be reliable, intuitively easy, affordable, pleasant, and comfortable. Unfortunately, all too often, charging is none of those things. This panel will explore what the charging experience looks like today, what it needs to look like in the future, and what needs to be done to make the transition.
