Dr. Francis is a former Medical School Faculty member specializing in environmental public health disparities. She is the Co-Founder/Managing Partner of EVNoire, a technology-based e-mobility consulting group working on electric, connected, shared and autonomous vehicle solutions. EVNoire specialized in two core areas: electrification best practices and electrification equity, diversity and inclusion. She is also the co-founder of EVHybridNoire, a 501(c)3 Nonprofit and the first national multicultural organization focused on increasing EV adoption and awareness in communities particularly those most impacted by transportation emissions. EVHybridNoire is one of four national organizing partners for National Drive Electric Week and Drive Electric Earth Day.
