Patricia Kwon is a Program Supervisor in the Technology Demonstration Group of South Coast AQMD. She has 20 years of experience with South Coast AQMD and has worked in the Technology Advancement Office for 15 years. Patricia has strong expertise with heavy-duty battery electric vehicles, equipment, solar, and infrastructure. She oversees the agency’s largest battery electric truck deployment projects including JETSI, Volvo LIGHTS, Volvo Switch-On and Zero Emission Drayage Truck projects. She regularly works with OEMs, state and federal agencies, universities, and other stakeholders. She has an M.A. in sociology at the University of California Los Angeles, specializing in environmental policy and statistics, and a B.A. in biology from the Johns Hopkins University.
