Morgan Ellis is a Senior Advisor for Sustainable Transportation and Fuels where she focuses on coordinating interagency transportation decarbonization work, Bipartisan Infrastructure Law implementation and stakeholder engagement. She comes to DOE with experience in transportation and climate from both the public and non-profit sectors. She worked for the Intelligent Transportation Society of America where she focused on the intersection of safety, technology, and sustainability in the transportation sector. She’s also worked on transportation and energy decarbonization for state government and national non-profit organizations.
