Tyler Helps leads business development for Spiers New Technologies within Cox Automotive Mobility’s EV Battery Solutions group. In his over seven years at Spiers New Technologies, Helps has played an integral role in the development of Advanced Battery programs in the US and Europe for Automotive manufacturers, battery suppliers, energy storage integrators, and battery recyclers. He has expertise in all facets of battery lifecycle including manufacturing and assembly, refurbishment for warranty repairs, second-life applications, and end-of-life recycling. Helps holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma (OU) and is active on the Board of Visitors for the College of Electrical Engineering.
