Falisha Lucas is a proud native New Mexican and is the Program Manager for Tribal Affairs at CALSTART. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from The University of New Mexico and a Graduate Certificate in GIS and Geospatial Technology from the University of Miami. Since 2010, she has applied this knowledge through a diverse portfolio in transportation, historical preservation, conservation, and the utility industry.
Falisha is a lifelong steward of the natural environment and is committed to bringing steadfast and meaningful change to underserved communities. She has a keen understanding of the complex challenges facing our terrestrial home and aims to continue making a positive impact through intuitive, sound decisions rooted in experience and pragmatism.
