Maureen Blanc founded Charge Across Town in 2012, a 501c3, with a mission to increase equitable access to clean personal transportation, to help reduce air pollution and meet federal, state and municipal climate goals for greenhouse gas reductions. Charge Across Town envisions a future where everyone has access to zero emissions transportation that is affordable wherever they live.

Previously a business leader and entrepreneur, Maureen has been working in the non-profit sector for the past 20 years. She was a director for Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), where she oversaw the development, marketing, programming, and advocacy for the largest chapter of this national environmental business organization. E2 is an affiliate of the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) and was founded in 2000.
