Hannah has been a City Planner on the New Mobility & Electrification Team at the Portland Bureau of Transportation since 2021. In addition to leading the policy development and implementation of Citywide EV charging projects, she coordinates electrification projects citywide and engages key stakeholders to advise on projects, pursue opportunities for collaboration, and ensure regional alignment. Hannah also supports the City’s carshare program, the private-for-hire and transportation network company industries, and the e-scooter program. Prior to working for the City of Portland, Hannah was a consultant focusing on climate mitigation and adaptation and received a Master’s degree in Sustainable Urban Planning from George Washington University.
