Josh directs the environment, sustainability, and resilience policy portfolios for AASHTO. Where they focus on areas such as air quality, climate change, decarbonization, electrification, stormwater, NEPA, hazardous waste and hazardous materials, risk and resilience, and emergency response. Josh also serves as the Director of AASHTO’s Center for Environmental Excellence, created in cooperation with FHWA to promote environmental stewardship and encourage innovative ways to project delivery.
