Donna Dickson is responsible for leading the team who delivered Ford’s first ever all-electric Mustang, assuming this role in April 2021. As chief engineer for the Mustang Mach-E, she is responsible for the total global product delivery, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development cycle and improving the vehicle over time through over-the-air software updates.
In her over decade career at Ford, Dickson has spent over half her career on Ford’s F-Series from the early days of developing and launching Super Duty through the creation of the all-aluminum F-150. Additionally, she has over five years’ experience working on Lincoln products, building and strengthening the Lincoln brand in both North America and China.
Dickson was named a 2021 All Star by Automotive News for helping the Mustang Mach-E team lead the electric revolution at Ford. She graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned her Master of Science in Engineering Management from Wayne State University.
