For nearly 20 years, Ryan has delivered technology and business solutions for Ford Motor Company product teams and customers. Ryan currently is the business strategy and delivery lead for Ford's Energy Services division. He is responsible for introducing leading technology such as Home Backup Power which can power your home for up to ten days using your EV's battery in case of an outage, and Home Power Management, which introduces the true cost savings and value propositions of vehicle-to-grid possibilities, as well as leading collaboration with utilities and power companies.

Prior to leading energy services solutions for Ford Model e, Ryan worked delivering corporate sustainability solutions and strategy. Before that, Ryan was a powertrain systems engineer. Ryan has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from University of Michigan and is a proud father.
