Nadia is a seasoned leader in the clean energy, utility and legal sectors. In 2024, she joined CGC (the Coalition for Green Capital) as its senior vice president of strategic partnerships. CGC recently won $5 billion from the US EPA, establishing it as the first national green bank. Previously, Nadia spent 17 years at Xcel Energy in various capacities, including as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Clean Transportation where she built the new division and team that created, launched and scaled 20 industry-leading, customer programs and secured multi-million-dollar regulatory wins as well as key industry partnerships. Additionally, Nadia is a member of the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation’s federal advisory committee, known as the Electric Vehicle Working Group (EVWG). Nadia holds a B.S., M.C.P and J.D., all from the University of California, Berkeley.
