Kelsey Owle is the Community Engagement Liaison for the Land of Sky Regional Council. Born and raised in the Qualla Boundary, Kelsey is a proud citizen of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians. Growing up in the Cherokee community, and serving in various capacities for the Cherokee community, Kelsey is passionate about working with and for her tribal community.
