Forth, producer of the Roadmap Conference, Event Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions between Forth and you when you register for any event or conference organized by Forth. By registering for an event or conference organized by Forth you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions.
Forth is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. Information on how Forth collects, processes, and uses your data is included in the Forth Privacy Policy. Additionally, by submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that Forth may send you event-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations.
Forth uses the personal data you provide in this registration for administering your participation in this event. This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the event.
Forth may disclose your personal data to third party service providers engaged by Forth to assist in the conduct of the event (e.g. event platform). Except as described herein, Forth will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required to do so by law.
Access
Your registration entitles you to access to the Roadmap Conference. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance shall be borne solely by you, and Forth shall have no liability for such costs. Roadmap Conference content shall be recorded by Forth and will be accessible to paid participants.
You will receive essential information for registered attendees electronically at the email address that is provided on your registration form.
Payment Policy
Payments for registration are processed on a secure server by Authorize.net, and will appear on credit card statements under Social Enterprises, Inc., the event management company for the Roadmap Conference.
Discrimination Policy
Forth prohibits discrimination, harassment, and bullying against any person for any reason—for example, because of age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religion, gender, sexual or affectional orientation, gender identity, appearance, matriculation, political affiliation, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
What To Do If You Witness or are Subjected to Unacceptable Behavior: Participants should report any behavior inconsistent with these principles to event staff. Event staff will be happy to assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. Immediately report to a member of the staff at the registration desk or by emailing us at info@roadmapforth.org to report a concern.
Sponsors & Exhibitors
Forth event co-sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties may directly request your personal information at their exhibit booths or presentations. Providing your information to them is optional, and you should review their privacy policies to address your particular needs and concerns about how they will treat your personal information.
