Sam Cho is a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and Development at Volta Charging and leads public sector business development for PredictEV. His focus is primarily on the adoption of PredictEV as a tool for National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) planning by state and local governments. Prior to joining Volta Charging, Sam was a part of the public policy team at the rideshare company Lyft and oversaw the entire northwest region. He also previously served as a political appointee in the administration of President Barack Obama at the US General Services Administration and as a congressional staffer for a member of the US House of Representatives from California.
