Isa Gaillard is an urban planner and environmental justice advocate who is passionate about creating a future in which all communities have the knowledge, resources, and power to thrive. As a Senior Program Manager at The Greenlining Institute, he helps facilitate and lead the Towards Equitable Electric Mobility (TEEM) Community of Practice. He also works to grow Greenlining’s capacity-building efforts so that the organization can scale its racial and environmental equity approaches. Isa holds a Master’s degree in City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelors in Public Policy from the University of Michigan.
